With the rise of streaming services, independent movie theaters are struggling to attract audiences and remain profitable.This project aimed to innovate the movie theater experience by analyzing customer behaviors and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer journey, making independent theaters a compelling entertainment choice over at-home streaming.

Movie attendance was declining as more people choose to stay home and stream content, rather than experiencing films in a theater setting. Independent theaters, in particular, lack the large budgets and brand recognition of major theater chains, making it crucial to differentiate their experience and leverage their unique strengths.
